NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. All winners must be 16 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted. 1. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners Winners of the Lost Season 3 DVD contest will be chosen at random from comments received by registered users in the contest thread. Entrants must fill out their registration accurately and complete the address portion of the registration process. If the winner of the Lost Season 3 DVD contest does not have his/her address filled out, he/she will be contacted by and given 30 days to reply with their correct shipping information. If the winner does not reply in that time period, another entrant will be randomly selected and will win the contest. Winners of the contest will be contacted at the “sender” email address used to register their account, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Bleeping Geek will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email. Only one entry per email address used to register will be considered for contest entry. No person may enter this contest more than once using multiple email addresses. Also, one entry per person, regardless of the number of theories posted. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Bleeping Geek from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to register. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Bleeping Geek is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). 2. How to Enter To enter, visit Bleeping Geek, http://www.bleepinggeek.com and register an account. Go to the contest page and post a comment in the comment section of that page (remember, you must be logged in for the entry to count). Lost theories are suggested, but not necessary to win and will not improve your chances to win. 3. Awarding Prizes The prizewinner must supply Bleeping Geek with his/her legal name, mailing address, and birth date for verification and shipping purposes. A current photo of the prizewinner is suggested (to be included in the Winner Announcement), but not required. If a photo is supplied, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph, on www.bleepinggeek.com, and in promotional materials related to this contest. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. Neither Bleeping Geek or any sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Bleeping Geek is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Bleeping Geek. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Bleeping Geek may substitute a prize of like or equal value. Management, employees, friends or families of Bleeping Geek and/or it's employees are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Bleeping Geek.
